In 2004, Karen Ward formed a hospitality design and procurement company known as Eastern Shore Hospitality and Design. The company won the 2011 Top Design Firms Award as published in Hotel Management. In 2012, Eastern Shore Hospitality and Design became A.C.K. Enterprises, LTD, and continued to provide logical, aesthetic, and budget conscious interior design solutions for clients and developers in the hospitality industry. A.C.K. Enterprises then returned to its original brand name of Eastern Shore Hospitality in 2020. Eastern Shore Hospitality offers a broad list of services including:
